FAQ
Can I get a trial period for the Advanced version before buying?
No. You can try the plugin in its free version, but to access the advanced features, you need to purchase the Advanced version.
If I purchase the plugin but I’m not satisfied, can I get a refund?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
Is the plugin multilingual?
The admin interface is available in French and English. For content (file and folder titles and descriptions), the plugin is compatible with WPML and Polylang.
Are documents indexed by search engines, and can this be disabled?
By default, indexing is enabled. A public file can be indexed like any other content on your site. With the Advanced version, you have access to a switch in the settings to completely disable indexing: each file is then sent with an instruction that prevents search engines from indexing or referencing it.
